You can’t ascertain who is a better baker when Duff Goldman and Buddy Valastro share the same kitchen. Food Network will determine who is better at it in its new series “Buddy vs Duff.” Slated to premiere on March 10, the show will feature the two celebrity pastry chefs in a cut-throat competition.

In successive baking challenges, the proud Italian-American Buddy Valastro will face Goldman, the Charm City Cakes bakery owner. Buddy Valastro is called “Cake Boss” while Goldman’s claim to fame is “Ace of Cakes.”
Both the bakers will put their best foot forward to make this competition worthwhile. In a six-weeks-long competition, taste, technique and talent will determine the true winner.
Each episode will have two rounds. In the “bake-off” round, they will show their individual baking talents and the “cake-off” round will show-off the lifelike decorations for which both the chefs are famous.
In the judge’s panel, there will be “The Great American Baking Show” judge and pastry chef Sherry Yard, Spice Girl Emma Bunton and “Food Network Challenge Chef” Keegan Gerhard. Furthermore, there will be guest experts such as the comedy duo Penn and Teller, Gesine Bullock Prado, Christina Anstead and Kevin Delaney.
