The lockdown in various parts of the world has given people an opportunity to hone their talents and do things that they otherwise did not have the time for.
And quite a few people are taking to baking in their free time. While baking is a wonderful hobby, almost therapeutic, there are many a first time bakers that are struggling to get things right. Wonderfully, most of these people have been sharing their baking escapades on social media, and they are hilarious, to say in the least.
Have a look at a few of them yourself:
So, a woman put up a tweet describing her sour experience in baking a banana bread, saying “if i had feral goats living in my backyard, i would hesitate to feed it to them.”
i’ve just made, what might possibly be, the world’s most failed banana bread. if i had feral goats living in my backyard, i would hesitate to feed it to them.
i will not be taking any questions at this time. thank you for respecting my privacy.

Here is another woman who calls herself the “champion of most-failed normal bread.” And I am sure you would have trouble not agreeing with that title!
Hello. You may win most-failed banana bread, but I am champion of most-failed normal bread. I give you this: pic.twitter.com/X6OLr9DAF8

Here is another epic picture:
This was supposed to be a nice, neat, braided circle of chocolate, caramel, and banana filled chocolate yeast bread, but the strands all burst and it ended up looking like a pan of Sasquatch feces. Tasted ok, though π pic.twitter.com/gRv9PmyUjn

And here is another one posting a picture of a failed banana bread. Looks like the recipe is not the easiest to follow and master.
Hey there, let me direct you to my TWO failed attempts at banana bread the other week. The first, one of my colleagues thought I had made a steak bake, the other turned into a brick… pic.twitter.com/9NcigifMlr
