ISRO will venture into Venus by 2023

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is set to launch an orbiter to Venus by 2023 that can carry about 100 kgs and that has 500 W of power. This is designed to carry 12 instruments, including a thermal camera, mass spectrometer, and cloud monitoring camera. ISRO is pitching for international proposals for scientific payloads.
