The coronavirus pandemic has overwhelmed the entire world. However, one group of people that is working relentlessly to fight against the pandemic are the healthcare workers. And how much ever we thank them, we would never be able to compensate them for all their efforts in helping us be safe.
Recently, the Hyatt Hotels and American Airlines collaborated to offer free holidays to healthcare workers in a New York hospital.
And now, Qatar Airways is coming up with a similar offering to pay their tribute to these workers that are at the forefront of the battle against the coronavirus.
Qatar Airways is offering 100,000 complimentary tickets on its flights to healthcare workers across the world in recognition of their “tremendous efforts and incredible resilience have given us hope in these times of uncertainty.”
Healthcare workers are entitled to up to two complimentary return tickets for themselves and a companion. They also receive 35 per cent discount at Qatar Duty Free outlets at the Hamad International Airport in Doha.
The offer period is valid from 12th to 18th May 2020 and the bookings are valid for the travel period of 26th May until 10th December 2020.
