The pandemic has certainly thrown most of our travel plans in disarray. But, there is always hope that things will get better soon, and that next year would be a good year to put our travel plans back into action.

To get you to begin planning your post-pandemic journeys, National Geographic has released the list of World’s Best Places To Visit In 2021 under a very appropriate theme: “Dream Now, Go Later.”

“The world is full of wonders — even if they’re hard to reach, ” National Geographic explains. “While the pandemic has brought our journeys to a standstill, it has not quieted our curiosity. Ahead of a new year — with the promise of a return to travel — we are eager to share these 25 timely tales of timeless places that will define our future itineraries.”

The list picks up 25 must-visit amazing destinations of 2021 in five categories: sustainability, family, nature, adventure and culture.
