Jim Sterling from Manson, Washington, 66, retired from his job as a the boss of a hardwood flooring store recently and was asked sternly by his wife, Joanne, to ‘pull his weight’ around the house and help with the household chores.
So, Joanne, a retired pharmacy technician, gave her husband the task of making the bed each day. And this task is notable because Jim had never done it for the last 45 years of his life.
And while Jim has been doing a great job with this new task, he just can’t seem to figure out what to do with all the extra pillows on the bed. And each day, he would come up with innovative and super creative ways to arrange those extra cushions.
Thoroughly entertained by her husband’s antics, Joanne started documenting Jim’s attempts at arranging the pillows on Facebook. And soon enough, the pictures went viral, with netizens waiting for Jim’s next arrangement.

So, here was her first post, which said, “After 45 years Jim is in charge of making the bed every morning. I don’t think he knows what to do with the extra pillows.”
And the subsequent designs got better. Clearly, Jim is a fast learner!
